According to the Commission Meta: (i) does not present end users with the specific choice of a less personalised but equivalent alternative to its Non-Ads Services; and (ii) that the configuration of its ‘Consent or Pay’ advertising model does not enable end users to freely give consent to the combination of their personal data.
